This is a double reclining, pub back sofa made by England Furniture.  Each piece has two recliners, one on each end.  The recliners are operated via small pull handle built into the side.  The shown fabric is a light green micro fiber, but you can order the same sofa and loveseat in many other fabrics.  A matching single reclining chair is also available.
